• Kā pieteikties? Kurš var pieteikties? How to participate? Who can participate?

• Čempionātā var piedalīties jebkurš skaistumkopšanas speciālists, kuram ir atbilstoša kvalifikācija konkrētajā skaistumkopšanas sfērā.
  
• Lai pieteiktu dalību, ir jāaizpilda pareizā anketa, kas atrodama gan mūsu mājaslapā, gan instagram bio sadaļā.
  
• Atrodiet sev vēlamo formu: Dalībnieks, tiesnesis, vai awards nomināciju. aizpildiet to un iesniedziet.
• Pēc pieteikuma iesniegšanas, uz Jūsu epastu vai norādīto instagram kontu tiks nosūtīts apstiprinājums un rēķins dalības maksas veikšanai. Tas notiek 1-3 darba dienu laikā no iesnieguma veikšanas brīža.
• Jums tiks izsniegts modeļa numurs, kas kalpos kā Jūsu darba nosaukums google diska linkam, pie darba nodošanas.

• To apply for participation, you must fill out the correct questionnaire, which can be found both on our website and in the Instagram bio section.
  
• Find the form you want: Participant, Judge, or Awards Nomination. fill it out and submit.
  
• After submitting the application, a confirmation and invoice for the participation fee will be sent to your email or specified Instagram account. This happens within 1-3 business days from the moment of submission.
• You will be issued a model number, which will serve as the name of your work for the Google Drive link when submitting the work. 

Termiņi, dalības maksa. Deadlines, participation fee.

• Termiņus darba iesniegšanai, kā arī dalības maksu kategorijām un tiesnešu dalībai var atrast pie pieteikuma anketas, kā arī mūsu mājaslapā. 
  
• Dalības maksā kausa un piegādes cena ir iekļauta tikai tiesnešiem.
• Dalībniekiem dalības maksā NAV iekļauta kausa un tā piegādes maksa.  Kausu un to piegādes izmaksas uzvaras gadījumā sastādīs vēl plus 25 - 70 euro. Iemesls tam ir tas, ka online čempionāta dalības maksa ir daudz zemāka, kā klātienei. Tas ir ņemot vērā to, ka ne visi iegūst godalgotas vietas, rezultātā arī neiegūstot godalgotu vietu, ieguldījums nav tik liels. 
• GRAND PRIX uzvarētāja nemaksā par kausiem, tikai sedz to piegādes izmaksas.
• AWARDS nominācijās apmaksa tiek veikta tikai tad, ja ir iegūta kāda no nominācijām. Pieteikšanās ir bez maksas!

• Darbi tiek izveidoti bez laika limita, sev ērtos apstākļos, iekļaujoties čempionātā noteiktajos termiņos.
• Kad darba dokumentācija un fotografēšana ir pabeigta, to iesniedz izmantojot google drive diska linku. 

Kā tas darāms?

1. Izveidojiet jaunu mapi google drive. Makes nosaukumā ievadiet savas modeles numuru, kategoriju un nominācijas nosaukumu.
2. Ievietojiet šajā mapē Jūsu uzņemtos foto un video fails atbilstoši prasībām. 
3. Pārvaldiet piekļuvi tā, lai pieta šai mapei ir jebkuram, kam ir šī saite, pretējā gadījumā Jūsu daarbij netrek novērtēti un tiek piešķirta diskvalifikācija neatgriežot naudu.
4. Mapes sūtiet uz čempionāta instagram kontu. 
5. 1-4 darba dienu laikā saņemsiet komentārus, ja tie būs nepieciešami.

Grand prix

• Katrā sezonā tiek nominēts viens GRAND PRIX balvas ieguvējs. Lai iegūtu grand prix nomināciju, ir jāpiedalās 3+ nominācijās un jāiegūst vis augstākais punktu skaits kopvērtējumā. 
• Grand prix uzvarētāja nemaksā par nominācijās un galvenajā balvā iegūtajiem kausiem. Tikai par to piegādes izmaksām.

• Foto un video nedrīkst būt redzami sertifikāti vai jebkādi reklāmas elementi, kas ļautu atpazīt Jūsu identitāti, jo vērtēšana ir anonīma, lai sasniegtu pašu godīgāko rezultātu. 
• Dalībnieks drīkst piedalīties ar cita čempionāta darbu, ja mis dards atbilst šī čempionāta prasībām un nav iepriekš publicēts dalībnieka sociālajās platformās.
• Jebkura fotogrāfiju apstrāda un retušēšana ir AIZLIEGTA. Dalībnieks tiek Diskvalificēts, ja ir vierta jebkāda veida manipulācija ar darba foto. 
• Foto tiek augšupielādēti atsevišķi, neveidojot kolāžas.

ENG:

• A participant may participate with work from another championship, if the work meets the requirements of this championship and has not been previously published on the participant's social platforms.
  
• Any processing and retouching of photos is PROHIBITED. A participant is disqualified if any kind of manipulation of the work photo is made.
• Photos are uploaded separately, without creating collages.

• Visām nominācijām, katram modelim ir nepieciešams kontrolsaraksts, kas palīdz žūrijas dalībniekiem labāk novērtēt Jūsu darbu. 

Kontrolsaraksti ir jāaizpilda obligāti un tie ir jāaugšupielādē google diskā, kopā ar darba fotogrāfijām.

Modeles izvēle. Choice of model.

• Modelei ir atļauts viegls grims, izņemot zonu, kur tiek veikts darbs.
• Modeļa krāsu tipu un ārējās īpašības novērtē pats dalībnieks, bet simetriska sejas forma ar izteiksmīgām, mandeļu formas acīm noteikti dos augstāku vērtējumu. 
• Aizliegs izvēlēties modeli ar permanento grimu. Tas neļauj novērtēt dabu pilnībā, 
• Aizliegts fotografēt modeli pie diplomiem, kur ir redzams pilns meistara vārds. 
• Ir atļauts izmantot vienu un to pašu modeli vairākām nominācijām,

• Vērtēti tiek Jūsu sasniegumi sfērā, kā arī Jūsu publiskais tēls.
• Šajā kategorijā nav nepieciešams konkursa darbs. Šeit tiek vērtēts viss jau līdz šim sasniegtais.

1. Čempionāta pieteikšanās sadaļā sameklē sadaļu "Awards" un aizpildi pieteikuma anketu.
2. 1-5 darba dienu laikā saņemsi apstiprinājumu un rezultātu Jūsu dalībai, 
3. Dalība šajā kategorijā ir bez maksas. Dalībnieks veic apmaksu tikai tādā gadījumā, ja ir iegūta balva. Apmaksā ir iekļauta balvu un to piegādes maksa.
4. Dalībnieks var piedalīties vairākās nominācijās vienlaicīgi.
5. Aizpildot " Regalia" sadaļu, neaizmirstiet nevienu būtisku sasniegumu, īpaši augsti tiek vērtēti sasniegumi ārpus jūsu rezidences valsts.
6. Awards apbalvojumu cenrādis ir pieejams mūsu mājaslapā, pie kategoriju cenrāža. 
7. Uzvaras gadījumā, ir vairākas apbalvojumu pakas, no kurām izvēlēties.

Diskvalifikācija. Disqualification.

• Līdz čempionātam tiek veikta darba publikācija
• Ja foto fonā ir redzami kausi/ diplomi ar meistart vārdu 
• Modelim darba zonā ir makeup vai permanentais grims
• Ir sniegta nepareiza informācija par meistara kvalifikācijas līmeni
• Dalībnieks jebkādā veidā aizskar citus konkursa dalībniekus vai organizatorus. Jebkāda veida mobings netiek tolerēts un dalībnieks tiek diskvalificēts uz mūžu.
• Ir iesniegti cita meistara darbi
• Ir iesniegti retušēti foto un video.
• Ja dalībnieks savu darbu izpildē, čempionāta instagram kontā, atsaucoties uz citiem dalībniekiem, žūrijas locekļiem, vai organizatoriem izceļ tēmas par reliģiju, erotiku, militāru, kailumu, vardarbību, grūtniecību, narkotiskām vielām, etc.
• Tiek veiktas jebkādas darbības, kas pēc organizatoru domām liekas neētiskas.

• Čempionāta dalībnieks apņemas sniegt tikai patiesu informāciju par sevi un savu konkursa darbu. 
• Tiesnešu lēmumi ir galēji un nav grozāmi.
• Dalības maksa sedz tikai dalību čempionātā. Kausu un piegādes maksa ir atsevišķa. 
• Kausu izgatavošanas unizsūtīšanas termiņš pēc rezultātu izziņošanas ir līdz 60 darba dienām. 
• Reģistrācijas maksa ir brīvprātīga un neatmaksājama.
• Dalībnieki, kuri ir pieteikuši dalību un veikuši dalības maksas apmaksu piekrīt visiem noteikumiem, ką arī piekrīt savu datu apstrādei.
• Materiālu zīmolu kviens dalībnieks izvēlas pēc saviem ieskatiem. Atļauts izmantot tikai profesionālus materiālus.
